Stop Seize Copper is a heavy duty, high temperature water repelling compound that protects against seizure of metal parts.

It is suitable for easy assembly and dismantling without seizure or distortion of new and overhauled equipment/machinery and all facets of engineering as found in steel and mining industries, refinery and petrochemical plants, mobile, brick and tile works, and many other associated industries.

Features & Use

Outstanding anti-seize properties in conditions up to 1090°C

Suitable for ease of assembly and dismantling of metal components

Natural positive affinity to adhere to metal surfaces

Resists corrosion in the presence of weak caustic and corrosive solutions such as diluted hydrochloric, sulphuric and nitric acids, alkaline solutions, salt water, and is inert in most gases including freon, propane, butane and natural gas, etc.

Remains homogenous during storage and will not harden during service

Lubricating and protecting valve assemblies, conveyors, flange gaskets and studs, bushings, diesel exhaust systems, drive chains, guide pins, piping, rollers, rock drills, wire rope, compressors, boiler fittings and heat exchangers.
