Surface preparation
Remove loose rust, scale, grease, and contaminants. Where possible, clean heavier corrosion before applying.Application
Apply Galmet ColdGal by brush, roller, or spray equipment. Mix thoroughly before use. Apply an even coat to achieve the recommended film build.Recoating
Allow the coating to dry before recoating. For the smoothest finish, a light sanding between coats may be beneficial.Topcoating
