In April 1999, Illinois Tool Works Inc (ITW) purchased the worldwide interests of the Morgan Speciality Chemicals division of chemical based maintenance, consumable and construction products from the Morgan Crucible Group.
ITW recognised the highly respected brands of Rocol Advanced Lubricants, Molybond Specialised Lubricants, Galmet Metal Protection Coatings, Epirez Chemical Construction Products and Devcon Metal Repair Epoxies, Scrubs Hand Wipes, Applied Detergents & Dust Suppression Products and thus renamed the Australian interests ITW Polymers & Fluids.
ITW Polymers & Fluids is now responsible for the manufacturing and marketing of these brands to the industrial, construction, mining and maintenance markets in Australia and New Zealand.
